Headaches are always a concern for most people.

Prepare:

1. Wash your face thoroughly, wear comfortable clothes, let your hair down, dim the lights in the room, and play meditation music.

2. Prepare a small bath of warm water mixed with a few drops of aromatic essential oil, peppermint, eucalyptus oil or rosemary oil

3. Soak a towel in lavender or bergamot water.

Doing:

1. Soaking your feet in the warm water mixture above will help you relax and relieve stress in your body

2. While soaking your feet, use a comb and a jade roller to lightly massage: Start from the top of the head, move the roller down to the chin and chest, then use the comb to massage from the back of the head to the surrounding areas.

3. Interlace your hands together and place them behind your head, trying to adjust your elbows to the floor.

4. Remove your feet from the bathtub, wrap your feet in a previously prepared warm towel and massage your feet with your hands

5. Massage with foot lotion (you should use a mint-scented cream).
