The Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig in 1991, based on Dr. Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy (TFT).

How does the emotional freedom technique work?

Acupuncture points are considered energy centers that connect us to physical and mental feelings.

Whatever difficulty we endure, whether it’s a bad memory, a toxic relationship or moments of fear, we can use this method to focus on resolving those feelings.
